Colon Cancer

August 31st, 2009

I’ve known several people within the past 5 years or so who have passed away from colon cancer.  I was unfamiliar with colon cancer back then.  The only cancer that I somewhat was informed about was leukemia.  Colon cancer had a funny name to begin with, but I didn’t even know what the colon was.  As I grew older and matured, I learned about the pains of colon cleanser and how it change the lives of the victim and the people around him/her.

This made me start thinking about my own body.  What can I do to prevent this painful disease?  Should I start eating better?  Should I be exercising more?  Do I need to get checkups at the hospital?  I was puzzled and kind of nervous.  I thought the best bet was doing my best to keep my body and my colon in top shape!  Ok, maybe not in top, top Superman shape but in relatively good condition.  I started looking into colon medication and colon cleansers to see what I could do.  Now, I’m a little less worried and I feel a lot better physically!
